Section 88(2) in The West Bengal Separation of Judicial And Executive Functions Act, 1970
(2)the following proviso shall be added, namely :-"Provided that in a case tried by the City Sessions Court established for the presidency-town of Calcutta, the Court shall forward such copy to the Chief Presidency Magistrate.".
