Section 30(3)(f) in Bihar Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood and regulation of Street Vending) Schemes 2017

(f)Such stationary vending shall be allowed after taking the clearance from traffic police regarding the smooth vehicular and pedestrian movement. If required, road side parking shall be banned in such area where street vending is allowed.
