128. Depositing or throwing any solid wastes in contraventions of the provisions of this Act.
- Whoever deposits or throws or causes or permits to be deposited or thrown any solid wastes on anyplace in contravention of the provisions of this Act shall, subject to such rules and regulations as may be made in this behalf, be punishable with fine which shall not be less than one hundred rupees or more than five thousand rupees for each of such offences.
