ORDER
1. Today, there is no representation for the applicant.
2. The report of the BBMP as well as the Karnataka SPCB is filed.
3. However, it is informed by the Registry that the report filed by the BWSSB is returned, as it was not in a proper format. The learned counsel appearing for the BWSSB is directed to rectify the defect and re-present the same in a proper format.
4. Let the BBMP also file an additional report regarding the eviction of encroachments.
5. Let the matter be listed again on 30.11.2023 for final hearing.
