(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), if at any time it appears to the Board, receiving a report from the probation officer or otherwise, that there has been a breach of any of the conditions imposed by it in respect of the child, it may, after making such inquiry as it deems fit, order the child to be sent to a children's home.
