Section 3 in The Orissa Medical Registration Act, 1961
3. Establishment of Orissa Council of Medical Registration.
- A Council shall be established and called "the Orissa Council of Medical Registration" and such Council shall be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
