Section 61(5) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012

(5)The office of the President shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes according to a roaster of reservation which shall be maintained in such form and manner as may be prescribed:Provided that the office of the President shall be reserved for women in every second term.
