1. As in one of the matters, Mr. Anturkar, learned senior advocate who represents the petitioner is not available because of ill-health, we list the proceedings on 11 August 2025. However, considering the facts that by some of the petitioners, as fairly pointed out by Mr. Godbole, learned senior counsel appearing for petitioner in Writ Petition No.3605 of 2025, the tax amount has already been deposited in this Court, we are of the prima facie opinion that those petitioners who have not deposited the said amount with the Municipal Corporation, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, they need to deposit the same in the Court.

2. Let a statement of those petitioners who have deposited and those who are yet to deposit, be placed on record by the Municipal Corporation on the adjourned date of hearing along with the tax amount which are due and payable.
3. The office is directed to accept the rejoinders which the petitioners would file although the reply affidavit is filed in the lead petition i.e. Writ Petition No.4315 of 2025.
4. Let MIDC also place on record its affidavit.
5. Stand over to 11 August 2025 (HOB).
