(10)Social and Farm Forestry, Minor Forest Produce, Fuel and Fodder. -(i)planting and preservation of trees on the sides of roads and other public lands under its control;(ii)fuel plantation and fodder development; and(iii)promotion of farm forestry and development of nurseries;
