Section 53(ii) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(ii)An employee may, in the course of his official tours, be permitted to avail himself of casual leave or holidays or both in a particular place up to a maximum of five days at a time either immediately before or after the period of official duty and draw travelling allowance on both the onward and return journeys.
