Section 16 in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
16. Authorities.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University namely, -(1)The Executive Council;(2)The Academic Senate;(3)The Faculties;(4)The Board of Studies; and(5)Such other bodies as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
