1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Bhumiswami evam Bataidar ke Hiton ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2016.(2)It extends to whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Gazette.
