(8)To channelise energy of our young educated people in industrial activity, State Government will give them special incentives to attract them to industries. Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will continue getting special attention. As a legacy of the past, the educated young people are shy to take to industries. To encourage them, special incentives will be given to them in different forms.
