Section 1 in The Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1962
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1962.(2)It shall extend to the whole of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
