Section 1(II) in Regulations for Recognition of Higher Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges
(II)Application for permission shall be accompanied by prescribed fee in the form of bank draft payable in bank in Guwahati and drawn in favour of the Secretary, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, Ambari, Guwahati-1. The fees may also be deposited by Council's Challan in any Branch of Assam Co-operative Apex Bank of District and Sub-Divisional Headquarters.
