Section 57(6) in The Mineral Conservation And Development Rules, 1988
(6)Every order against which a revision application is preferred under sub-rule (4), shall be complied with pending receipt of the decision of the [Controller General] [ Subsituted by G.S.R. 55(E), dated 17.1.2000 (w.e.f. 18.1.2000).]:Provided that the [Controller General] [ Subsituted by G.S.R. 55(E), dated 17.1.2000 (w.e.f. 18.1.2000).] may, on an application made by the applicant, suspend operation of the order appealed against pending disposal of the revision application.
