(MUNI KUMAR Vs TRIMURTI CHARITABLE PUBLIC TRUST DR. RAZDAN BUNGALOW LAL KOTHI ROSHNIGHAR ROAD LASHKAR GWALIOR (DEC AND OTHERS ) Dated : 24-09-2024 A PUD by way of I.A.No.6710 of 2024, dated 31.07.2024 has been received from the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Gwalior seeking extension of time in pursuance to the order dated 04.01.2022 passed in instant petition, whereby this Court had directed to conclude the execution proceedings expeditiously but not later than six months.
This Court had earlier extended further six months' time vide order dated 06.10.2023 passed in Review Petition No.807 of 2022.
Considering the reasons assigned in the PUD/I.A.No.6710 of 2024, the same is allowed, the prescribed period in the order dated 06.10.2023 is extended by further one month from 24.09.2024.
Let a copy of this order be send to Court concerned for information and compliance.
