Section 10(1)(e) in Himachal Pradesh Aerial Ropeways Act, 1968

(e)that in his opinion [as well as in the opinion of Expert Committee] [Inserted vide Act No. 13 of 1995.] the aerial ropeway is fit for public traffic and can be used without danger to the public using it, or to the person employed thereon, or to the general public.
