Section 17A(a) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Indira Gandhi Canal Project Government Land Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1967
(a)An unemployed Graduate in agriculture (including unemployed in agricultural Engineering) shall submit his application for allotment under these rules in Form VII to the Director of Agriculture, Rajasthan who shall immediately register it in a registered maintained for the purpose and issue to the applicant a receipt of bearing serial number along-with the date on which the application was submitted to him.
