Section 10(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1924
(1)The owner or agent of a mine as defined in Section 3 of the Indian Mines Act, 1923 or the manager of a mine appointed under Section 15 of that Act, shall give to such authority as the [State] [Substituted by Adaptation of Laws Order.] Government may by general of special order direct sixty days' notice before commencing or extending any mining operations under his control at or to any point within such distance of any post appertaining to an aerial ropeway as the [State] [Substituted by Adaptation of Laws Order.] Government may prescribe by rule made under this Act.
