Section 13(1) in State Bank of India Employees Pension Fund Regulations, 2014
(1)The trustees may invest the moneys of the Fund or any portion thereof in stocks, Funds and securities (other than immovable property) in which a trustee is authorised to invest trust money by any law for the time being in force.
