Section 12(3) in Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar Act, 2015
(3)(a)the term of nominated members of the Governing Council shall be three years from the date of their nomination;(b)an ex-officio member shall continue so long as he holds the office by virtue of which he is such a member;(c)a member may be re-nominated for one more term only;(d)a member may resign his office by writing under his hand, addressed to the Chairperson of the Governing Council, but he shall continue in office until his resignation has been accepted by the Chairperson.
