4. Power to implement [Rules] [Substituted 'Regulations' by Notification No. G.S.R. 459(E), dated 30.6.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).].
- The [Chief Executive] [Substituted 'Chairman' by Notification No. G.S.R. 481(E), dated 7.7.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).] may, from time to time, issue such instructions or directions as may be necessary to give effect to, and carry out, the provisions of these [rules] [Substituted 'regulations' by Notification No. G.S.R. 459(E), dated 30.6.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).] and in order to secure effective control over the staff employed in the Corporation.Chapter - II Appointments, Probation and Termination of ServiceSection 1 - Appointments
