50. The manner of publication of notice.
(1)The notice, stating that a draft Scheme in respect of an area under sub-section (1) Section 93 shall, in addition to its publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Punjab, be published in Form XIII in two newspapers one of which shall be of the Official Language of the State, widely in circulation in the area of the Scheme, and shall also be published by displaying a copy thereof at a conspicuous place in the offices of the Authority, the local authority and the Deputy Commissioner in whose jurisdiction the area of the Scheme wholly or partly falls.
