Section 1 in Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 (Ordinance 1 of 2014).(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 16th January 2014.
