Section 33(4) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
(4)If the Election Officer decide under sub-rule (2) to allow a recount of the votes either wholly or in part he shall-(a)arrange for the recounting in accordance with Rules 31 and 32;(b)amend the result sheet in Form 16 to the extent necessary after such recount;(c)announce the amendments so made by him;
