Section 30(1) in Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh Act, 2017
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the statutes and the ordinances, the Academic Council shall have the following powers, namely:-(a)to make regulations and amend or repeal the same;(b)to advise the Board of Management on the promotion of research in the University; and(c)to suggest measures for review and innovations in academic and research programmes.
