Section 1 in The Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Consent) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 1975
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Consent) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 1975.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the dale of their publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette".
