Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (for Professional Courses offered in Private Un-Aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006
1. Short title Applicability and Commencement.
- (i) These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (for Professional Courses offered in Private Un-Aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006.(ii)They shall apply to all private Unaided Professional Institutions offering Professional Courses in the State.(iii)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
