Section 19(1) in Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board Rules, 2014
(1)A Member who on the date of his appointment was in the service of the Central or a State Government may, on a journey by railway /road to join his post draw travelling allowance at the rates provided for a journey on transfer by the rules applicable to him immediately before his appointment.
