- The person before whom an affidavit is sworn shall certify at the foot of the affidavit the fact of the swearing of the affidavit before him, the manner in which he has complied with Rule 15 and the date and hour of the swearing of the affidavit and shall mark, initial and date any exhibits referred to therein.
