Facts:­ 

1. Appellant submitted RTI application dated 22 February 2011 before the CPIO,  O/o Chief Engineer, Union Territory, Chandigarh, seeking the details of the renovation  works   of   House   No.   1075,   Sector   23,   Chandigarh   and   other   related   information  through 8 points ­ enclosed herewith as Annexure A..

2. Vide CPIO Order dated 29 March 2011, CPIO transferred the RTI Application to  the CPIO cum Executive Engineer, C.P. Divn. No.3, Chandigarh.

3. Not satisfied with the reply, Appellant preferred appeal   dated 4 April 2011,  before the First Appellate Authority.

4. The FAA did not provide any reply to the Appellant.

5. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the above response of the public  authority, the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.

6. Matter   was   heard   today.  Appellant   did   not   appear.     Respondent   appeared  before the Commission and stated that he had coordinated information as held by  CPIO/Executive Engineer, PH Division No. 3 and provided point wise information to  the appellant vide letter dated 16.05.2011, a copy of which was presented before the  Commission.
