Section 6(4) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(4)No person shall be nominated or co-opted as a member of the Council if, at the time of such nomination or co-option, he is absent out of India or is under any of the disqualifications mentioned in clause (e) of sub-section (3).
