593.
Subordinate Judicial Officers should give timely notice of their intention to apply for leave on average pay or half average pay. Unless very urgent reasons to the contrary exist, leave on average salary will not be granted to officers who fail to comply with this condition, and officers who anticipate the sanction of the Court will expose themselves to the risk of being treated as absent without leave.
