Section 60 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998
60. Appointment of sub-committees delegation of powers.
- A Marketing Committee may constitute one or more sub-committees consisting of such members of the committee as it may think fit and may, subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in the regulations, delegate to such sub-committees such of its powders or duties as it may think fit:Provided that a sub-committee may, with the approval of the Board or of the officer authorised by the Board in this behalf, co-opt any person who is not member of the Marketing Committee.
