Section 13(3) in Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Foreign Institutional Investors) Regulations, 1995
(3)A sub-account granted registration in accordance with subregulation (2) of this regulation shall be deemed to be registered as a Foreign Institutional Investor with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for the limited purpose of availing of the benefits available to Foreign Institutional Investors under section 115 AD of Income Tax Act,1961, (43 of 1961).
