Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982
(1)No person shall be chosen as, or continue to be, a member of the Board who-(a)is a salaried officer of the Board; or(b)is or at any time has been adjudged insolvent; or(c)is found to be a lunatic or becomes of unsound mind; or(d)is or has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude.
