Section 25(1) in The Punjab School Education Board Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1978
(1)No employee, who has a wife/husband living shall contract another marriage without first obtaining the permission of the Chairman, notwithstanding that such subsequent marriage is permissible under the personal law for the time being applicable to him.
