Section 3(1) in Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965
(1)The State Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board for the whole State by the name of “the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education”.
