Section 13(2) in Tamil Nadu Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2003
(2)Any person desiring to transport groundwater from any notified area for any purpose, by means of lorry, trailer or any other motor vehicle shall apply to the Authority for the grant of a permit in such form and in such manner and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed.
