18. Monitoring and inspection.
- The State Government may issue directions from time to time to effective implementation of the provision of the Act, superintendence of the cases filed under the Act and for the inspection of the offices of the Designated Officer, Competent Officer, Appellate Officer, Reviewing Officer and Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
