08/24.08.2012The present Interlocutory Application is moved seeking stay against the impugned order during the pendency of the present writ petition. The writ petition is also filed against the order dated 04 th February, 2012 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 10 of 2010, whereby the learned District Judge, Hazaribagh has rejected the appeal preferred by the petitioner, wherein, the order dated 18.06.2010, passed in Title Suit No. 03 of 2008 with regard to appointment of receiver for realization of the rent of the property has been challenged.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present application, this Court is of the view that instead of passing any order on the interlocutory application, it is desirable to hear the present writ petition finally.
Accordingly, put up this case on 30.08.2012. I.A. No. 1913 of 2012 stands disposed of.
