283. Projection of producer.
(1)The projection of any part of producer beyond the rear of the vehicle shall be deemed not to be a part of the vehicle for the purposes of rules, in respect of overall length and overhang, as framed by the Central Government.(2)No producer shall be fitted to any motor vehicle in such a way that the vehicle thereby contravenes the provisions of any rule in respect of width and overall height prescribed by the Central Government.
