3. Additional functions of the Approval committee.
- The additional functions of the Approval Committee shall be the following, namely:-(i)To inter-act with the Authority to ensure proper utilization of the Special Economic Zone;(ii)To issue guidelines for the Developer or entrepreneur for better management of the manufacture or service activity;(iii)To evolve welfare measures for the Special Economic Zone and implement them.
