Section 19 in The Juvenile Justice (Care And Protection Of Children) Rules, 2007
19. Child Welfare Committee.
- There shall be a Child Welfare Committee in every district, which shall be consti-tuted by the State Government through a notification in the Official Gazette as per sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Act.
