Section 29(1) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges of Regional Load Despatch Centre and other related matters) Regulations, 2019
(1)The distribution licensees and inter State transmission licensees shall pay non-refundable one-time registration fees of Rs.10 Lakh along with application for commencement of grid access:Provided that the RLDCs concerned shall be intimated from time to time by the inter State transmission licensees about the additions of transmission elements synchronized with the grid and by the distribution licensees about the additional capacity tied up for the purpose of updating the record by concerned RLDC.
