52. Removal of difficultes in the establishment of Panchayats.
- If, in establishing any Kshetra Panchayat any dispute or difficulty arises regarding the interpretation of any provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder or any matter arising out of or relating to such interpretation or any matter not provided in this Act, the same shall be referred to the State Government whose decision thereon shall be final and conclusive.
