We find that the learned Tribunal not to have adjudicated the petition on merits. There is only a direction for consideration of the petitioner's case in accordance with law, moreso, in light of the judgment rendered in CWP No.4654 of 2013, titled Avtar Singh Dyal vs. H.P. State Electricity Board Ltd. and the connected matters, decided on 26.11.2014. As such, we find no reason to interfere with the petition.
