(5)Closed pipes for conveyance of spirit from receivers to store-room. - The stills, receivers and vats shall be so arranged that the spirit may be conveyed from the receivers to the store-room through closed pipes. All pipes and all joints thereof shall be secured and sealed to the satisfaction of the Excise Commissioner.
