Section 232(4) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(4)(a)In the case of an officer who is not brought to trial or who emerges from a court martial with results favourable to him, the whole period of suspension; and(b)in other cases, such period of suspension, if any, as is ordered by the Central Government to so qualify;
